Hydro will be Added as a treatment Type
UWT exercises were added in 2023. Currently, these exercises are categorized under Strength. For improved filtering of these exercises a new Hydro Treatment Type will be added. In the mean time, these exercises can we accesses by typing “hydro” in the search bar.
Canine Home Exercises will Officially Become GoGoCharlie
Canine Home Exercises was a great name to start. But we are more than dogs and exercises now. GoGoCharlie will become official this year. What does this mean for you? One little change. If you are using the Canine Home Exercises URL, it will be automatically redirected to the GoGoCharlie URL. The redirect will remain in place for all of 2024 so shortcuts, bookmarks, and favorites will continue to work during this time. If a URL redirect drives you crazy, and before December 31, 2024, simply change your shortcuts, bookmarks, and favorites to:

New Modalities Videos will be Published
The more specific we are with our home programs, the more clients feel confident completing them at home. Coming in 2024, are thirty-six additional modalities videos including hot packs and cold packs on the down limb and spine, and muscle-specific ice cup massages. When these exercises are live, we will notify you on this page.
